Kefir

Kefir is a fermented milk drink and one of the most probiotic-rich foods that exists naturally. Unlike yogurt which contains 2-5 bacterial strains kefir is fermented by a complex community of up to 50 bacterial and yeast species. Regular kefir consumption is linked to improved lactose tolerance, enhanced immunity, and better microbiome diversity. An excellent dietary complement to targeted probiotic supplementation.
